Welcome to the PRRISM Lab!

Health Psychology @ LMU

We study relationships between stigma, stress, and health.

Stress can have significant negative effects on our mental and physical health.

In the PRRISM lab, we study how some psychological and social factors can increase risk for poor health outcomes, whereas others can promote resilience in the face of stressors, including chronic medical diseases such as cancer.
